Fully equipped kitchen, linen and towels, fast Wi-Fi, drying ski room, personal check-in, welcome hamper, plus the heated outdoor hot tub and private Finnish sauna in the chalet.

What do direct bookers get extra?

Who looks after me on site?

I (Susanne) am personally available — no front desk, no hotline. You get my direct number with your booking confirmation.

Can groceries be delivered to the chalet?

Yes — for a small fee I arrange your shopping list to be in the chalet on arrival. Breakfast basics, aperitif, a few meals — you arrive to a stocked chalet.

Is baggage transfer from Zermatt station possible?

Yes. I organise transfer from Zermatt station directly to Furi (e-taxi or baggage service). Free for direct bookers.

I answer personally.

Behind the two chalets there is me — Susanne Biner. I live in Zermatt, know every trail and every innkeeper. And I answer myself, usually within 24 hours.

I have run the Residence YanNoe since 2018. Between the piste and the desk I hand you the key in person, share tips for sunset at the Stellisee, and stop by when the hot tub plays up. That's not a service promise — that's the only mode I know.
